deleted ADWlauncher.apk stuck in boot screen

Here's what I did....

I did apps2sd for launcher pro and then deleted adwlauncher.apk from /system/app. Now I am stuck in boot screen. What can I do to fix it other than doing a nandroid back up from last week? Btw, I made a nandroid backup and restored last weeks to be able to post this. Any ideas?

Do you have a card reader or adapter to hook up the SD card to the computer directly?<< this wont work now that i think of it

and are you sure thats all you deleted , because it should just boot up into the native launcher
