Does Clockwork properly wipe dalvik cache?

Simple question, does it?

Just wondering because clearing dalvik cache is a little different than wiping the cache partition. When wiping cache partition it prompts before you clear it and then shows that it was complete. When I hit Clear Dalvik Cache the menu goes away for about 30 seconds and THEN it prompts if I want to clear dalvik or not. I remember reading in the past that it used to not clear it properly, but since 3.0.0.5 I figured it was probably fixed. Can anyone confirm?

dunno if its been fixed, but i did read the same thing that you did about clockwork not clearing it properly.

if your not sure, i would just go to Amon_RA. I have used both Clockwork and RA and i think RA is much better IMO

Yes it does work properly. It may not seem like it but it does. If you look at the cache size before and after you'll see that its been cleared. That said I like Amon_RA better.
