Does Unrevoked work on EVO 4G GB OTA update

Does anyone know if Unrevoked will work on the (stock) EVO 4G GB 2.3.3 OTA update.

I had root through Unrevoked3, but I had probelms applying the update. I followed the instructions on returning to stock (below), achieved S-Off, and stock rom. The OTA update downloaded and applied successfully. Now I would like to get root again.

No. Not yet, all you really need to do is flash a new custom recovery though and then push a superuser package on to reroot since you already have s-off. Permanent S-off allows you to root your phone no matter what OTA you take.

Thanks for the answer. I actually fully reversed root, and now have S-On (not S-Off), so when I try to get into recovery the screen freezes displaying a triangle with an "!". I'll wait for the geniuses at Unrevoked to update the process to work with GB 2.3.3.

Yea you will have to wait as you can't access recovery with S-on.

any assumption on when you might be able to root 2.3.3 on the evo with unrevoked or any other methods?

Check out xda. I'm sure there is a thread over there that they are updating as they make progress. It wont be too long as the ppl over at xda are badass at what they do.
