Help needed! Please?!
I am in the process of trying to decide if it is worth canceling my account with Verizon where I have an Incredible, a LG Vortex and 2 other non smart phones. I can get a pretty sweet deal through Sprint and was considering the Evo 4G. I was wondering if there was anyone else out there that has done something similar and could give me some insight. Thanks for the help. I really appreciate it.
My reasoning for cancelling the Verizon account is namely cost. I can do 4 smart phones on Sprint with the unlimited family data plan for $30 less than I am paying with Verizon. That adds up to a lot of money. Thanks again for the help and input.Don't do anything you wouldn't want to explain to a Paramedic!

Re: Help needed! Please?!
I got switched from verizon to sprint, been that way for a while. Mostly switched because Sprint gave me a better plan for less money which is the reason your thinking about switching. And also verizon's costomer service was crap. Sprint also seemed to have a better coverage in my area so it was all the better for me. Not sure if those verizon phones are better then the evo cause i've never looked at their specs. But im very happy with my Evo is that helps

Re: Help needed! Please?!
I switched from VZW to Sprint for the main points already pointed out, the money savings and customer service. Where I live I can think of at least 6-8 Sprint stores within 15 miles and only 1 VZW store so getting help there was out of the question. Sprint has been very good to me so far.

Re: Help needed! Please?!
I have not made this switch, but have been very happy with Sprint and the Evo since I came over from ATT. Great prices, good customer service, and high end devices.
Plus they are offering $125 service credit if you switch over by the 23rd (unless they extend it again). I am moving my wife from TMobile this weekend and the $125 will help offset the ETF. - 07-07-2011, 11:21 PM

Thanks all, it seems that making this change is starting to make more and more sense.
