Very Sad day for me.
Well, I am an evo user, but it has been giving me lots of signal issues lately. Sprint said there is nothing they can do since it's showing I have perfect coverage. I use to get great signal but about 3 months agonizing started having issues. I am not due for an upgrade until October 2012. So it looks like I will having to use my sister's old blackberry curve until then. I am very upset over not being able to use my evo anymore. 90% of my Calls go straight to voicemail and alot of my outgoing calls fail. My 3G drops alot and don't even get me started on 4G. Well sorry for boring you all with my pain and suffering.

I've been complaining since April. The thing is that I bought the phone on launch day. But that account was under my ex wife name. I got my own account in October but got one of those free phones, since I knew I was just going to put my evo on the account. So I am pretty much screwed. I can't even afford a new phone right now. I filed a BBB report against sprint.

I did flash new radios. And yes. A BBB complaint. Sprint should atleast say what's up without giving me the run around for months.

Unacceptable. If you can demonstrate this lack of signal at a Sprint store ( where they should have a strong signal), then I don't see how they can deny it is anything other than a defective device.

If you have insurance, try a non corporate Sprint store. My corporate store wouldn't replace the screen for me because dust is a "cosmetic" issue, even though half my screen was obscured, but the non corporate store did it no questions asked...
