Problem loading?

So for one of my apps/widgets I am getting "problem loading". I assume something happened to it that is causing the problem. My question is which app/widget is it? I don't remember. Is there anyway to figure it out.

If you dont remember what it is, then you muse not use it so just long hold and trash it off of your desktop.

I know I can just delete it, and you are probably right that I don't think I use it that much. but it is just pissing me off that I don't know what it was. Obviously at some point I used it because I added it.
