htc evo hd software
Hi I just received my HDMI cable for my HTC EVO 4G yesterday I started playing movies on it from my tv which was great but there was one problem, the movies wer not playing on high definition. I know the EVO has its own software to play the movies from the HDMI cable but is there a way to have the movies play on my television in high definition at least on 720p? thanks.

If you root and install a custom kernel it possible to do full mirroring of the evos display at 720p.
Other than that, I'm not sure.
