Blurry/Foggy photos

Hello everyone! I love my HTC Evo 4G. I was amazed by the picture quality when I first bought it in March, but now every photo I take regardless of location is always blurry/foggy. I try to autofocus it and the photo can never focus.

Here are some examples of a few pics that I took with relatively the same lighting and everything for comparison:

This one was a few months ago when my pictures were always clear:

And this one was last week. All of my photos regardless of lighting or location have been like this with this blur even after trying to autofocus and holding the camera incredibly still.

If anyone has an suggestions about why this is happening or any solutions to the problem, please let me know! It's been bothering me that my phone can't take great photos anymore Thanks!

I clean the lens before I take photos as the lense seems to get finger oils on it. When I dont clean it I tend to get photos like that.

Is there anything specific you clean the lens with? I have other photos too that are blurry like that that don't have that kind of lighting and there's still that blur. I've had the phone for 8 months now and I've noticed a significant difference in photo quality from when I first got it to now.

a touchscreen cleaning cloth works wonders, as long as you keep the cloth itself clean. (not leaving it in a spot where it can collect dust)
