I read the entire forum and must have missed it, I still haven't stumbled across it.

They don't show the "Account Expired - Call TeleNav" error that has crippled my ability to get a route on my Pre's Sprint Nav since early February and cause me to waste - I'm not kidding - over 8 hours online and in web chats getting the runaround from Sprint in attempting unsuccessfully to get it resolved. The ONLY thing not tried has been to nuke the phone - losing three dozen apps, all my customizations and patches, all my text messages, etc. - all because of a backend error on their side and the utter inability to fix or redownload the Nav app again. I actually yell profanities at me TV when commercials with Dan Hesse come on. I'm really looking for to dealing with any problems I have with the EVO.
