Formatting SD Card

I'm having issues with my SD card and I need to reformat. I'm not rooted or anything but I was wondering what I should back up?

Backup everything and transfer back what you are need to be safe. Better to be safe than sorry.

There isn't anything on there that you absolutely need. If you have pictures or rigntones and want to save them I'd make a copy of them.on my PC and what ever else you want to save. Again there isn't anything you absolutely need to backup..
