Android Market
I have asked this after the Gingerbread update came out, but I am asking again. Is there a way to update the Android Market to the newest version? I never got the update. When I updated my wife's phone to GB, she got the newer version.
Thanks for the help! - 12-16-2011, 10:12 AM #2

You can download the apk. Just google, android market 3.3.11 apk and install. Androidpolice.com is where I would download from on my previous device. Hope this helps.

Re: Android Market
Yeah, just go into your apps and clear Data and Cache for the Market. When you open the market back up it will ask you to accept the terms again. After doing that, let it sit in the market for a few seconds and then go back to the homescreen.
If your market app is on the homescreen, you should see it flash within a couple minutes, showing that it has been updated and new icon has been placed. This worked for me and others as well. - 12-17-2011, 01:18 AM
