My son yesterday cracked the screen on his EVO and I was looking into replacing it myself. But as tech savvy as I am I've never attempted something like this before. Was curious how easy as well as how expensive this is to accomplish, or should I just take it into a Sprint store and let them handle it.

A friend of mine replaced the screen on his wife's EVO by watching a Youtube video and following instructions online...search for instructions (probably on XDA).

If he can do it, so can you...just be very careful.
