HTC EVO Sprint Touch Tones don't work with automated response systems for companies and 800#'s. For instance if I call Sprint and it asks me to hit 1 for Billing or 2 for Technical support, if I push either it doesn't register. This was addressed in this link as well . After 30 minutes Sprint Tech support said its a known problem but I would have to take it to a Sprint repair center to fix it. Anyone else experience this?
