My HTC Evo is having trouble importing contacts to gmail.
I think I was able to export them first by tapping People>Menu>Import/Export>Export to SD card>Phone>OK.
To import them into my Gmail account contacts I did this: People>Menu>Import/Export>Import from SD card>Google, then I chose >Import one vCard File>OK. Then my phone starts to import but only goes up to the B's and STOPS. Then I get an error message saying "Sorry! The application People (processcom.android.htccontacts) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again" then wants me to force close, every time!
Does anyone know what is causing this, and how can I ever get my contacts imported into my Google? Are my vcf files corrupt? Can anyone help?
