Yeah, this happens for me too. The doubletwist site does not mention that the EVO is supported officially yet. Also, it seems to not like to transfer album art correctly either

That's why I no longer use DoubleTwist. Takes forever and sometimes it doesn't sync my playlists correctly.

took about 2hr for me to transfer 3k songs today (16gb class 6 card)

You are using the stock SD card which is slow.
