Sprint TV VOLUME CONTROL?

The rocker buttons on the side don't control the Sprint TV volume, it just adjusts ringer volume.. i can't silence Sprint TV or even plug in headphones, the sound still comes through the speaker LOUD. How can i watch the World Cup at work??

Nevermind, it was a glitch. The volume buttons were stuck on Ringer. After a while, i finally go it to respond to Media. BAD EVO, BAD!

Are they showing live games on Sprint TV?

World Cup is on ESPN.
Picture quality is another issue.
