Syncing Contacts
I did a search on the forum for this, but it wasn't much help. My contacts don't sync between my phone and Google. I tried deleting the Contact Storage cache and deleting the data, but it didn't help. If I edit a contact on the phone, it doesn't show up in Google and the old info in Google overwrites the info on the phone. I tried deleting the Gmail account, but it won't let me. One thing is that my Google account is a Google Apps account. Could that have something to do with it?

Re: Syncing Contacts
I saw that I had 23.4mb of crap on my contacts storage, but in all reality only have like 32 contacts total. I tried to go through my gmail and erase all the email contacts I made during a recent job search etc...it was syncing with my phone.
If I erase my contact information on my phone and try to resync it, will it help. I have a rooted evo...only like 99mb left on the phone...but i have a 32 gb card in it....just trying to free up some space...I guess...good topic. - 05-20-2012, 04:13 PM #6
