Default Any way to WATCH Sprint TV in FULL SCREEN?

Hey I'm watching ESPN on sprint tv, really have never used sprint tv before even though I had it but at this point its a really good option to watch the world cup live but it only plays in a smaller portion of the screen. I was wondering if there is any way to make it full screen. Any help would be appriciated.
    Thanks.

Good question. I was wondering the same thing. Big kudos to Sprint for offering all these live world cup games! I didn't realize they did this when I switched to Sprint for the EVO so this was just some sweet icing on the cake.

Sprint TV is so bad. ESPN mobile is probably the only worthwhile part of it. Everything else is generally old stuff or just 2 min clips.

the quality will probably be terrible if there is a way to stretch it to full screen

I just turned on the Spain/Switz game and the picture is much bigger than it has been. In landscape mode, its the full height of the screen just black bars on the sides now.

The TV quality isn't the greatest, but it's watchable.
It's better than nothing IMO. I'm guessing in a 4G area the stream must be more constant and prob. offer better quality.
I was driving around yesterday and I was able to watch BRZ v. NK.

Then why don't they allow you to stream over Wi-Fi?

EXACTLY! I've found that even a stronger 3G connection will get you a bigger screen. The other day, I was in an area with spotty reception, and there were black bars top, bottom, and sides.

Today, still on 3G, I have nearly full screen (no bars on top and bottom), smoother video, and most importantly....voice is in sync with video.

Because it's a Sprint service, not an internet service.

That doesn't make sense. Sorry. You were probably in a 4G covered area.

Due to copyright laws you can't use Sprint TV over Wi-Fi. It's retarded. I would think it would release the work load from the towers.

It makes total sense. My 3G is weak at my house and strong "in town" and I get the same results as that guy.

    "Sorry".

I figured someone would have come up with a "Wi-FI hack" already... guess it's not most people's minds.

BTW, my 3G is consistently over 850kbps at work and around 200kbps at home and I get the same border around the screen.

Looks like they've done it for everything across the board. Well, I opened 6 or 7 things and now they all fill the screen top to bottom.

I have a 4 bar 3G signal and I get full height display, horizontal is 3/8" short on both left and right sides. My problem is audio sync, its 10-12 seconds out of sync. Anyone else?

I'm having problems with this as well. I've had full screen for the first week I had the phone now, tv will fill the screen then goes to having bars on both sides after it loads. Is it a signal issue?
