Evo 4g rooted but still will not delete apps

now I'm getting an all black screen that says SU request when I download apps from the market after trying to delete them

Best way I've found to delete/backup apps is download Titanium Backup from the market. There you can uninstall/backup any app on your phone. If you have problems with it click the "problems?" tab and install busybox.
