Improving sprint evo 4g signal help

Without forcing to roam on Vzw with pro file, is there any other way to improve sprint signal? Changing radios etc...?

How are you forcing it to VZW?? and why? the 4g part of the phone is WiMax I thought.

By using the ##775# prl switch and load a Vzw prl so that I am just on Vzw towers which gives me a stronger signal.

Oh yes that I know. I'm also trying to understand the differences tween sense and non-sense as far as how they handle the signals. Or would that be the work of the radios?
