when I went to do the ## three numbers # to reprogram the MSID and MDN, it does nothing...I have it rooted, and had a ROM on it for a while, but she likes the look of stock Android, so I put a rooted stock ROM on it. When I hit the last #, instead of bringing up the View/Edit screen, the line where I entered the numbers goes blank. Pushing on screen buttons does nothing, I have to hit the back arrow to be able to do anything again, and even then ot doesn't do what I want. Any ideas on how I can get this programmed for her?

its for sprint right, just go to settings, system updates, then update the PRL after that is done update the profile that should programmed it.

You need a sense ROM to activate the phone. After doing that you can put on a stock Android ROM

flash the ORIGINAL STOCK SENSE ROM, then try to program it again, if it works, flash any rom you want
