Is stock in hboot I mean I can turn it on and off but that's It and If I try to put it into recovery mode won't take it

Ah. Sounds like you either flashed the wrong kernel or recovery. You need an RUU then. You're not hard bricked, only soft bricked.

It's actually quite easy. Search Google for "SuperSonic RUU". Download the file (It's an .exe). Put your phone into fastboot and let it run. Make sure your bootloader is locked or relocked.
