Still can't setup Microsoft EAS

I'm trying to set up the account using the same exact settings that were successful with my Instinct and Pre, but nothing seems to work. I tried every combination of email and username and domain name possible.

I can't just call up the "tech guy" at work because I work for one of the largest school districts in the state/country. But I shouldn't have to call because nothing major has changed on the work end. I know because less than 1 hour before I switched over to the EVO I was able to check work email on my Pre.

Anyway, did anyone have any success after failing to get their work email set up via Microsoft EAS? If so, can you give me some hints? Thanks in advance.

P.S. I'm still much more pleased with the EVO than I am with the Pre.
