Ok Im sorry this title is so long but I need major help with this phone. I bought it "off the streets" like two days ago and i've been having nothing but trouble.

1. My PRL will not automatically update
Tried doing the manual update and it will not accept the hash code. once i type ##775# it just goes back to the call log and does nothing.
2. NO data connectivity. I've been using wifi PRL still will not update
3. Profile will also not update
4.The man I bought it from said something about he "cleaned the esn" not sure what that means but what ever he did the only hash codes that work are ##000000# and the MSL is also 6 zeros.

I just want my data to work before I go out of town. I can figure out everything else later. The phone is not rooted. I've tested it with root checker and its s-on

Do you have service to this phone?

Without service, the only way your going to get data is via WiFi.
