My White Evo 4g

Hey Guys,

Just wanted to share with you my new White EVO 4g! When I saw pictures, I thought it was kinda ugly and I wasn't really feeling it. When I came into Best Buy for my appointment, I checked out the demo and the white backing didn't look too bad. When I finally held my new EVO, the white backing grew on me and I love the pearl white of it and how it is really smooth. Reminiscent to the Supersonic prototype. I say check one out in person. I love my white evo...it makes the phone appear thinner because the back cover does not have the two humps in the back like the black one did....I think the hardware and software much better but i think that just has to do with this being a newer build

ya I had to get a evo replacement and my best buy had black and white and I like the white better and got that instead.

What two humps? I don't see any humps other than the one for the headphone jack. I would assume the white one has that also.

I have the white evo as well. I had to replace a black evo with earpiece problems and the only evo's any of the local BB's had in stock were white. I'm still undecided whether I prefer the white or black. The white evo I received two days ago is hardware revision 3.

Yea I got a HW 3 now that i look at ait compared to my co-workers black one the two humps are still there...maybe its the material used that is making it feel and appear thinner to me.

From my understanding, all the white EVO's are 0003 models (as is mines), and my friend at Best Buy told me that these EVO's should not have any problems as the other EVO's experienced before. My screen is fine and vibrant; no inferior screen here. One thing I noticed is that the power button is sticking out more than my black EVO which is a good thing because you can get a better feel for the button and you can turn or put your phone to sleep easier. My black EVO the power button was flush into the device's casing. Battery issue, there's none, get the same battery life as my black EVO (8-10 hours).

Oh yea, also, I went to the sprint store yesterday to look for cases, and they were surprised that I had the white EVO. One employee said, "wow is that the white evo? I didn't know they came out already" and "looks better in person. where did you get that?" Thought i'd share
