Random HBOOT screen?!

So I bought a cover for my phone and I was trying to adjust it and my EVO just randomly booted into safe mode. I thought it was weird so I just hit the power button and selected power off. I turned it back on and I get this hboot screen. I have no idea what I am supposed to select. I don't want to lose everything I had on the phone. Here is what the hboot screen says:

I have no clue what to select. This is my first android phone and I couldnt find any information on this

Igot the same screen once after a battery pull. I selected FASTBOOT and everything was OK.
