My phone started wigging out after using it non-stop for the last week for navigation and music.
Touch screen becomes unresponsive at random times.
I took it to Sprint waited in the LONG line and was told by the greeter that I HAD to take it back to Best Buy where I bought it because T.E.P. only covered physical damage and my phone had none.
I had to ask her to sign me in and walk away. I'm "courteous" enough not to hold up the line arguing with nonsense.
I was then told I had to leave the phone overnight.
Here's the kicker: I asked if it had to be rel=placed if they had any available for replacement. I was told no. I asked how long to get a replacement, I was told that the phone is on backorder and they can't order any.
I specifically asked about the backorder applying to replacement phones and was again told they couldn't order a replacement.
So, I'm hoping that last part is nonsense like what I was told first.
Replacement phones are available, correct?
