I'm finally a Newbie

Finally today I got my EVO, goodbye rotton blueberry!!!

I have a couple questions hopefully someone can help?

I set up my work email thru the sbs active sync and I downloaded the security certificate to the memory card on the phone, how the heck do I get to the memory card so I can open and install the certificate on the phone?

My phone keeps locking when I dont use it and I have to enter a password just to answer a call. I know it is a result of the active sync email, because I removed that email and I didnt have to enter anymore passwords, but I need my work email....please help

I personally wouldn't use the active sync email if it locks your phone down like that requiring a password just to answer a call. I guess some need there messages to be pushed though, I just have my work email bookmarked on my phone.
