So I have been reading alot about the camcorder on the Evo and I do own one. So I record for example my Street Fighter Videos with my phone and post on youtube, I've noticed that regardless of settings I put in the camcorder that I get shadowing and blurring (on my new better phone) than I didn't have on my Palm Pre.

On a different note, I used Qik and Qik seems to keep up with my tv and actually does a really good job but when I put it on the computer and play, you can tell its compressed alot..

So inconclusion is this the type of issue everyone is talking about with the FrameRate

Yes. The camcorder sucks.

=] Not really - I didn't expect a true 720P high quality camcorder...but I expected better than this.
