How can I get pics and music from my HTC Evo 4g to my Toshiba Thrive Tablet?

Do you have a sdcard on your Thrive ? thats one way
I use Dropbox, i have it on all my devices and my pictures are sync'ed with them all

I do have an SD card in both of my devices. I took the card from my phone which is where all of my music and pics are and placed it into my thrive tablet. All the pictures are still there once I removed the card but the music is not playable. I can still see all the music files on the thrive but nothing will play.

I would say the music player on the Thrive can't play the music in the currant format.. Like MP3 or WAV file. If you know what format the music is you can get a player from the playstore that will play that format or convert the music to the format for the Thrive

Since The Thrive uses a full sized SD card and doesn't work well with the microSD cards(w/adapter). I have both and the micro SD cards w/adapter just do not work well on the Thrive. I would use Dropbox or another sync app to transfer over. Also, Google+ with instant sync should sync to both devices if you use the Google+ app
