Difference between Silicone Case and Plastic Case for EVO 4G

Hi, can you guys tell me what are the differences between Silicone Case and Plastic Case for EVO 4G, i can't tell which one is better?
I googled this Silicone Case, should i buy it? Please post the pictures of your EVO 4g case.
