no text in incoming email

I am using the mail client in my phone, not gmail. Everything comes thru and works great accept emails from my BOSS. I get home and on my laptop they have the text in them, but in my phone there shows no text and shows file attachment witch are 0 kb. any idea's?

maybe it is a comcast issue? I don't know. I haven't tried it over wifi at home.

Have you tried K9 mail or any other mail app?
Is this exchange?

Has your boss recently used any different kind of text or something?
How long has this been happening? Maybe a single time fluke?

default email client. just set it up like 2 weeks ago. as far as he says nothing has changed.

I downloaded k-9 email and i can read everything there, I don't know what the issue is........
