Email/folders

I have 2 email questions. First of all after I download my email I delete most of them and leave maybe 3 or 4 at a time on the EVO. The next morningnwhen I wake up some or all may be gone.many odes? Second after I delete mostemails maybe 1 or 2 are important so I would like to save them to a folder and get them off my mail inbox screen. Is that possible? Thx
