Default Why can't I hear audio directly from a website with my Evo?

There's a gaming website that has constant music coming from it. Shouldn't I get the same web surfing experience with my 2.2 Evo as I do with my laptop now?

Did you turn the volume up? The media volume is different from the phone volume on websites.

Media volume is all the way up. Should the phone not automatically stream the audio from the site?

It does, just like a PC. Double check the media voume, & turn the volume up while on the webpage.

    Check and double check.

I'm not pushing a website but can someone check it for me to see what happens with their Evo?

The site's volume should be in the upper right corner.

Nope, doesn't work here either. I imagine it's using some extremely unusual audio format that the mobile flash can't support.

That, or it's a beta bug. Keep in mind the 10.1 on Froyo is still in beta.

Thanks for checking. I'm very new to the Android platform and didn't know if I was just missing something.
