    Default can't uninstall roadsync

I downloaded Roadsync 2.5 Demo on my phone to see how good the widgets and UI were, and decided I was fine with the stock HTC one, so I am trying to uninstall Roadsync now, but the uninstall fails. Any tips on how to get this off the Evo?

Did you force stop it first? Maybe try a reboot then force stop, then un-install? Are you using a third party un-installer or just the application settings?

Tried everything, built in uninstaller, 3rd party uninstallers, force stopped, cleared data etc. nothing works.

Confirmed - removing roadsync as a device admin allowed me to uninstall it from my Motorola Atrix.

I hated when this happened to me too...the best way to do it is to do it from a third party uninstaller, I'd prefer a root uninstaller and it would tell you that it can't because you need to disable admin rights, and it would allow you right there, and then you just uninstall it.
