FINALLY an Evo commercial that shows off video chat capabilities, on the go of course
Sprint FINALLY made a commercial showing off its video chat capabilities. The best part is their little jab at the iPhone making it very clear that it can be done through 3G/4G and of course WIFI

Yea to bad it don't look that good in quality lol, but I still Love the vid chat feature. What's bugging me so f*ing bad it the slow laggy typing since the Froyo update. HTC better fix it because I used to typing fast and after Froyo my evo feels like the Samsung instinct when typing. HTC where our fix? I wonder if they know about it!

NIIIICE finally they hit the right commercial cause now a days that's what everybody wants is video chat I think that commercial will attract even more ppl. What's crazy is that I went to sprint store today to buy some accessories n she was telling me that they still sold out every day, they get the shipments n she said by an hr they're gone n that they're picking up a lot new customers fr ATT coming fr iphones

I don't see why sprint does not use all these videos on youtube and post them on tv. This could have gave the EVO and sprint a bigger boost in product awareness. People still think the iphone 4 was the first to do video chat and droid x as a mobile hotspot, etc

About time they make some commercials showing what it can do, instead of just bragging about innovation. The droid line of commercials are so much better at getting their point across on it's limited capabilities.

Just tried a Qik video-to-video chat with my co-worker here who also has an EVO and we both noticed that the video being displayed from the other person is distorted (short-n-fat in landscape or tall-n-thin in portrait) and we experienced signifigant video delays both ways.
Both on 4G in Chicago downtown.
Yes, we're still at work. Damn server upgrades.

Up here in the Detroit market at least. I have been seeing a lot of EVO commercials. Just think how many EVO's they could sell if they had them in stock!!

yeah, Fring is a whole lot better than qik. And im also mad about the whole skype thing. But i guess it is cool that i can video chat with iphone people using fring. But when i video chat with iphone people with it, its almost too choppy to use. i guess thats att crappy network.
