VOICEMAIL UPDATE ANNOYANCE!!

There is a notification for a voicemail update that looks like a new message in my notification bar. When I try to upgrade, there is failure. Notification will not go away or I just wouldn't update. Anyone else seeing this?

Today is not a good day.

Can you call out try calling your voice mail and see if you have a message. Its speed dial 1.

I dialed in, set my password (obviously I haven't gone in since restore), and deleted default greeting msg. Went back out and install still fails.

Are you rooted and running a custom ROM? I'm running Fresh and had to apply an update in order to get it working.

Have you opened the voicemail app from the app directory and set up your voice mail?

Most likely the problem is your ROM. I'm using Fresh and had to download a zip to install through recovery and correct. My suggestion is to check with your ROM (probably somewhere on XDA) to resolve the problem.
