Listening to podcast & using Google Nav.

My first Evo was replaced by Sprint last week. I used to be able to listen to podcast and use Google turn by turn at the same time. The podcast volume would automatically go down for the Google nav voice to give me direction. I'm using the stock music player.

On my replacement Evo when the Nav voice gives me direction it shuts the podcast off. Does anyone know how to enable this. I listen to podcast all the time and use Google Navigation all the time. Sprint Navigation is not an option. It worked on my last Evo. It should work on this one.

Any help would be appreciative.

Interesting. I do just that all the time. I listen to music and use navigation (turn by turn) directions. I've done it on both 2.1 and 2.2 with my Evo.

Are you on 2.1 or 2.2?

If you listen to a lot of podcast you may want to try Google Listen
