It's an all around sexy rom. It's been on my phone since the moment it came out.

Now that I've got it, how do I go about getting the extra little surrounds on the lock and mute buttons Jerzyiroc has?

get the app root explorer, and delete htclockscreen.Apk and desk/world clock. Apk from your system_ app folder

You will have to use a third party alarm clock though.

I usually hate how sense clutters up the home screen but this I'd kinda working for me

Just deleting HtcLockScreen.apk got me the stock lock screen, but with just the buttons, not the little things surrounding them (whatever they're called).

You won't be able to turn off your alarm without a battery pull if you leave htcworldclock on there.

I deleted that too and installed Fancy Widget in place of the stock clock widget.

What I'm trying to do is this:

I deleted HtcLockScreen.apk, and I have a version of the vanilla lock screen that doesn't have the frames around the buttons. I only have the buttons themselves.

Weird, I'm out of suggestions for you. Maybe restore a nand and try again?

I'm currently backing up apps with Ti. After that's done I'll remove 'em with Root Explorer instead of adb and try again.
