Actually the 55 isn't a far off claim. When I ran fps2d a few times back to back it hit 55-56 for a second or 2 then leveled off at 53. It may hit that high but it's not on a consistent basis

I see a very very small difference in scrolling and flipping between my 7 screens. It seems a lil smoother but not in all scenarios. Am I missing something?

Well when it comes to your home screens there are some stuff that can affect the smoothness. If you had a lot of widgets and/or you're running a live wallpaper, things can definitely slow down. When it comes to the live wallpaper though, it can also depend on what live wallpaper you're using. I can use the Grass live wallpaper and things will be smooth. But if I use the City At Night wallpaper I notice things start to slow down. Just for the record, I have about 11 widgets up lol....

I don't see how there's a new cap of 53 FPS as you can see there are lots of spikes far above in the 60 to 70 range and sometimes even higher. 53 FPS is just the average. If you see the 30 FPS results there was hardly anything above.
