I have the translator and the daily challenge.

After you download them, back up on the menu screens, and they will be listed under widgets (don't go back to GET MORE HTC WIDGETS).

They should be listed with all your other widgets on the phone.

Great find though I wonder if the battery widget is as hard on battery as third party widgets.

half of those have already long been out. I'd had several of them installed right after launch.

i think the htc battery widget will use less battery then the 3rd party widgets i dont see it listed under running services like my other one so i assume that means less strain on your battery ?

they are spying on you! just kidding. I'm pretty sure it's used to poll all the apps so it can populate the battery use function properly. You know? that screen that shows what is using your battery?

I downloaded some to see what they were....now I want to uninstall, but it says it will reset my home screen...what does that mean? Will it wipe out my layouts and I have to set it up again?

All the battery widget does is tell me how much battery I have. The one the epic has tells you what apps are draining your battery and even let's you stop them, one of the FEW things I miss from my epic.

No. it should have been worded as "reload sense" but I guess HTC figured people wouldn't even know what that means. When you uninstall their widgets it just reloads SenseUI.
