For some reason, my caller ID is randomly not showing the names of people that are stores in my address book when they call- I've called Sprint Tech support twice on the issue with no luck....
I have numbers and names stores in my address book....let say Bob- 800-555-1212 but when Bob calls, it shows up as 8005551212 and since the two aren't exactly matched, it just shows up as the number and UNKNOWN as the name- doesn't happen for all calls, but it does happen for some
Sprint's suggestion to me was to go into Manage Applications and then to Dialer and then Clear Data in the dialer- that didn't really work as it continued to be an issue...
Please help- I certainly don't know the phone numbers of everyone in my address book, so I can't tell who is calling!
