Just discovered this Friday. It's Verisign VIP in the Market, used to provide 2-factor author for many site, including PayPal /EBay. Really awesome and easy to set up.

Once it's downloaded you can go to . Forget where to go for Ebay. I think you're given the URL that shows what other sites can use it when you download the VIP app.
