Contacts just disappeared

My wifes contacts just disappered off of her EVO. I pulled the battery and turned it on again but they are still missing. She said she was checking out some of the other Scenes but then went back to the Scene she was already using. Don't know if this has anything to do with the contacts disappearing but other than that, she hasn't messed with the phones settings.

If you ever change scenes, yes everything will change. If you have synced it to your google account, just sync it again and they will reappear. If you haven't synced with your google account, you may be out of luck.

look at Menu--->Settings within the People App and make sure the appropriate things are checked.

I also have an EVO and changed the Scenes a couple of times and my contacts were still there so I really don't think it has anything to do with that. Unfortunately, she hasn't synced with Google so we might have a huge problem.
