Sprint's really investing on Fringe time. Tonight Peter and Astride had a video chat on their EVO's, clearly using Qik. Pretty neat.

Only issue with qik is its push to talk on the receiving end which is severely limiting.

The most recent update eliminated the push-to-talk. It's now my favorite video talk app, since I don't really need to video-to-computer.

Is Qik now better than Tango? After my initial frustration, I gave up on Qik and never went back.

I found Tango to be a bit unreliable... sometimes it just wouldn't connect. Overall, I think Qik is pretty neat.
