My wife bought the Pt quick clip for HTC evo 4g from Best Buy. I love it. Works great with my seidio 3500 battery. Seems to hold the phone securely.

Otterbox commuter series case. Found a deal on Amazon for $28 for two of them. Sold the extra one to a coworker for $20, not a bad case for $8.

I got the otter box, extra battery the Logitech revue but since I can control the whole system on my TV with my evo with the harmony app I feel like my Evo got that gift too...lol

Got the EVO for Christmas. Then on the 26th I went out and bought a case and a screen protector.
