sprint's network down?

I live in Ohio and can't get a text or call out. Did the system crash cause of new years overload?

Just imagine millions of people using their phones at the same time. That would crash anything. However, I was posting on the forums and I didn't have any issues.

Mine was down most of the week, seems to be working again.

Its definitely possible, i think NYE is the night/day, that the most text and phone calls are made. More than any other holiday

Whenever I can't get data or calls (mostly data) I just go to update PRL, usually seems to work if the problem is on your end

I'm also in Virginia (Hampton Roads) and I experienced severe problems last night as well right after midnight. Couldn't make an outside call or send a text for at least an hour.

Works fine now. I just caulked it up to an overloaded network.
