What do i do first?

What do i do first? I was able to scoop up an EVO dirt cheap. Coming from an Iphone 3G. How does everyone have their phones setup. Whats the best apps? Im a noob to the Android OS.

I would suggest getting to know your phone first...how it works, setting up you preferences, and seeing how it works for you...some apps I would recommend would be slacker radio, k9 email works pretty good... plume or tweetcaster (twitter apps), power amp (music player) ...after you get adjusted to the os...tryout some keyboards like swiftkey, or smart keyboard...and if you want to go to a whole other realm of customization I suggest rooting (but only if your comfortable(it took me 6 months to get there)... but welcome to android and always ask for help...people here are pretty quick and helpful

I agree that first you should learn your new phone. Learn the OS. Read and figure out what all it can do.

Thanks will do. And have been. The only thing i would prolly root for is wireless tethering. Pretty much the only thing i use on my jailbroken Iphone.
