where did Swype go?

I am running gingerbread cynogen and swype is gone. What is curious is that it is no longer in the market. what happened?

Um, Swype was never in the market. You either signed up for their beta and installed it that way or it came pre-installed with the latest OTA.

You can go to the Swype and sign up since it is in open beta now.

I don't think it was ever in the market.

Is Gingerbread Cyanogen the same thing as CM7? I just installed CM7 RC4 last night and was hoping to have Swype as well and couldn't find it. Appears the BETA is open again at their site though so I signed up and installed it. Working fine.

On a side note, they have a new product, THYNK advertised on their site...somewhat funny 4/1 joke.
