Stock EVO camcorder Shutter sounds

I just noticed that it beeps when I start to record and makes kind of a double beep when I stop recording. Why havent I heard this before? Can they be changed with out root?

I don't know why you never heard these before. But you can disable the Camcorder shutter sounds by opening the Camcorder app, settings/Shutter sounds, untick to disable.....

It must have been shut off, I only started to hear it after a factory reset.
